Digital Sheriff Designs is a small, independent, two-person software design studio, building full-featured tools that are yours to keep.
What we make
We can build nearly any software tool you can dream up, with three conditions:
- It's legal, and it sits right with our conscience.
- It's worth the time it takes to build it well.
- It never helps anyone deceive, defraud, or harm people.
Why no subscriptions
Many big software companies count on people being too busy to keep up with how fast technology changes. So they charge every month for tools that don't need a team of programmers to keep running. We think that's backwards. If a tool doesn't cost much to keep running, you shouldn't have to keep paying for it.
The story behind the name
Our founder spent twelve years in law enforcement. The night shifts were long and sometimes slow, and he spent that downtime learning about the things he loved most: building useful software and personal finance. He's grateful to be doing what he loves now, and excited to keep building.
